• Mr. Shalabh Aran, a 1989 Civil Engineering batch passout from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia, has over 20 years of experience in architectural consultancy. After completing his B.Tech , He went on to pursue his Masters in Urban Planning from IIT Roorkee. He then joined Nirmal Overseas Pvt. Ltd. for a year, as a Project Manager for a Fly Ash Plant. In 1992, he started his own venture, ‘Genesis’, to run an architectural consultancy, which was converted to ‘Aran Projects Pvt. Ltd’ in 1996, where he presently serves as the Director. 
• He has rendered consultancy services to business houses such as Modis, Arvind Group etcetera and has undertaken various projects for the past 15 years. The projects varied from farmhouses and commercial buildings to Industries, Malls and Institutional buildings. In 1997, he designed the ‘Nehru Guest House’, and in 2004, the ‘Open Air Amphitheatre’, both for Jamia Millia Islamia. 
• He also has papers to his name which were printed in the International Journal on Non-Conventional Energy Sources. Also, his post graduate dissertation on ‘Industrial Development Pattern’ was published by a German Publishing House.
